Stay at the Wietorówka
It is a guesthouse established at an aged settlement. Everyone who seeks history, rest, a quiet place to work or wants to accomplish his/her plans - will enjoy it. Do you want to be close to Nature? That is an ideal place! We are surrounded by greenery, fields, and hills with the view of three ranges: The Giant Mountains, the Jizera Mountains and the Kaczawa Mountains. Would you like to find yourself in a charming little town? Just a short walk, and you will arrive at Lubomierz – one of the smallest and the most enchanting towns in Poland.
Lubomierz – a five-minute walk
The gem of architecture close to your place! What are you going to see there? The town’s marketplace with arcades, the Town Hall, a historic bridge, baroque sculptures, and above all - a dominating, beautiful church. There, you will also find the Kargul and Pawlak Museum – dedicated to the two characters from the Polish film comedy directed by Sylwester Chęciński. At Lubomierz, you can do your shopping and have a pizza.
Our Interiors
Every room has a unique atmosphere created by means of carefully selected accessories, furniture, books and albums. Instead of TV-sets, we offer beautiful views and twittering of birds. As the house is aged, you can experience the creaking of the floor. We kindly invite those adults who can appreciate tranquillity and comfort.
The Cloister of the Benedictine Nuns – XIIIth Century
Although you can see it from our guesthouse, that incredible monument is really worth visiting. It is situated in the heart of Lubomierz – as it was in the Middle Ages and it is today. The baroque church is not only a real treat for architecture and arts lovers but it will fascinate everybody. Besides, there is a park which can be ideal for a family picnic.
The Creative Barn
Just beside the guesthouse, you will find a good place to accomplish your plans. Reading while lying in a hammock, setting the easel, watching the birds? Right! The barn gives you an inspiration every day and it is a convenient place to meet. There, you will also find the cupboard with utensils, the table, the couch, and even the bed on the old thresher.
