Hospitality
Wietorówka is an age-old house. We cherish every preserved detail. With respect and tenderness, we have breathed new life into these walls, ensuring the charm of bygone days blends harmoniously with modern comfort. We will gladly host you in one of our unique rooms or in an apartment with a private entrance. If you plan to visit with family or a group of friends, the four upstairs rooms can be combined into a large, comfortable private apartment for your exclusive use. Though the floorboards occasionally creak, you will find everything essential for true relaxation: comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms, most with windows. Every space has its own unique character, shaped by paintings, photographs, and art albums. There are no televisions here—in their place, you will be greeted by beautiful views and birdsong. Due to the historic nature of the house and the natural acoustics of its wooden ceilings, Wietorówka is an adult-only retreat.
At the Table
We can prepare breakfast upon request. We serve both classic and vegetarian options, without specialized diets. In the Italika apartment, you'll have the kitchen all to yourself. Upstairs, next to the rooms, you'll find a shared kitchenette—perfect for coffee, tea, and simple cooking. There is also a fire pit in the garden. If you're planning to visit with a larger group, feel free to ask about organizing meals. You can pick up fresh bread and other groceries at a nearby shop, just a few minutes away on foot or by bike.
Take a look inside the barn
It is open from spring all the way through autumn. It's the perfect spot for yoga, creative work, sharing a meal around the table, or catching a movie at an open-air cinema. Make sure you also check out the room with the extraordinary story of Wietorówka, painted specially for us on ceramic plates by Marianna Sztyma. It’s a wonderful place to take shelter from the heat or rain, watch nature unfold, and simply be.
Between the Orchard and the Meadow
The house is surrounded by mature trees that provide pleasant shade and a true breath of fresh air. There are plenty of spots to unwind here—a table awaits you in the orchard for unhurried meals, while hammocks and deckchairs are set up in the grove behind the barn. Further on, the grounds open up into a wild meadow with tall grasses and beautiful sunsets.
Postcard View
A short walk, and you are in a meadow nestled in the hills, surrounded by pastures and fields. From here, a panorama opens up over the Jizera and Karkonosze Mountains, with Lubomierz visible down in the valley. Armchairs are waiting for you on the spot. Just grab a book, a picnic basket, and simply take a seat.
